Vivienne Tomlinson Cert 1V in Training and Assessment
 
Vivienne has a health background with experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist, a Clinical Aromatherapist and a Dental Health Educator.
 
Since 2001 Vivienne has been working in Self-Management, Pain Management and Empowerment. She is a Master Trainer in Stanford CDSMP (Chronic Disease Self- Management Program)  developed by Kate Lorig and her colleagues at Stanford University, a Master Trainer in the LIFE (Living Improvements for Everyone) Program, an adaptation of the Stanford CDSMP for Aboriginal people and a Senior Trainer in the Challenging Pain course developed by Arthritis Care UK.
 
Jenny Bennett  BA(Hons) Dip Ed
 
Jenny has a background in education, teaching secondary mathematics and geography.
 
Since 1997 Jenny has been working in Self-Management, Pain Management and Empowerment. She is a Master Trainer in Stanford CDSMP (Chronic Disease Self- Management Program)  developed by Kate Lorig and her colleagues at Stanford University, a Master Trainer in the LIFE (Living Improvements for Everyone) Program, an adaptation of the Stanford CDSMP for Aboriginal people and a Principal and Senior Trainer in the Challenging Pain course developed by Arthritis Care UK.
 
Both Vivienne and Jenny have written all Leap SA programs based on their expertise and experience. They have presented their work at state and interstate conferences within Australia.
 

 

Leap SA was formed as a partnership between Vivienne and Jenny in August 2012 as a result of their diversity of skills as well as their combined passion to empower all people, male, female, consumers, health professionals, to take control of their lives whether it be at home, in the workplace or dealing with health issues.
